This summer, Higuerón Marbella Golf Resort invites guests to enjoy an experience designed to awaken all the senses. Sunset Sax Experience combines fine dining, live music and the stunning views from Terraza El Mirador across two very special evenings: 8 August and 19 September 2026.
A perfect plan for those looking to enjoy a different kind of dinner under the Marbella sky, accompanied by the live melodies of saxophonist Maikel Saxx.
A Dinner with Its Own Soundtrack
The experience will begin at 8:00 pm with a welcome drink on Terraza El Mirador. As the sun sets, guests will enjoy a carefully prepared dining experience by candlelight, while live saxophone music provides the soundtrack to the evening.
The dress code is casual, creating a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere, perfect for summer nights on the Costa del Sol.
A Menu Created for the Occasion
The gastronomic proposal includes a three-course menu with different options to choose from.
For starters, guests may choose between a poke bowl, prepared with rice, marinated salmon, carrot, edamame, avocado, mango, radish, onion, pickled ginger, wasabi and wakame, or green asparagus with hollandaise sauce and Iberian ham.
For the main course, guests may select one of the following:
- Grilled turbot, served with seasonal vegetables and champagne sauce.
- Iberian pork tenderloin, accompanied by creamy mashed potatoes and mushroom sauce.
To finish, dessert will be apple crumble with Bourbon vanilla ice cream.
Drinks Included
The experience includes a wine selection featuring Gran Bazán Albariño, D.O. Rías Baixas, and Baigorri Crianza Tempranillo, D.O.Ca. Rioja. Water, soft drinks and domestic beer are also included.
