On Friday, 25 December, Higuerón Marbella Golf Resort will host an exclusive Christmas Lunch, accompanied by live piano music throughout the meal.
The experience will begin with a selection of welcome canapés: foie gras mousse with a delicate cranberry sauce, a hummus roll with seasonal crudités, salmon toast with a fine cream cheese and caviar, and unagi nigiri with kimchi sauce.
Guests can then choose from three starters: traditional French onion soup gratinated with Parmesan, fresh burrata with seasonal fruit and basil pesto, or salmon and tuna tartare with a touch of fresh mango.
Following a refreshing lemon and cava sorbet, the menu continues with three main-course options: Rossini beef tenderloin served with foie gras, baby carrots, green asparagus and truffled potato parmentier; traditional stuffed Christmas turkey with cranberry sauce, roast potatoes, truffled potato parmentier and seasonal vegetables; or lobster with tagliatelle and cherry tomatoes.
To finish, guests can choose from traditional Christmas pudding with caramel sauce and crème pâtissière, mango and Amaretto tiramisu, or peach cake served with pistachio ice cream.
The experience includes a carefully selected wine pairing featuring Gran Bazán Albariño, Baigorri Crianza and Juvé & Camps Cinta Púrpura, as well as national beer, water, soft drinks and coffee.
