From March 25th to 29th, the kitchen at Higuerón Marbella Golf Resort will transform to offer a unique culinary experience inspired by the traditions of Japanese gastronomy. For five days, food lovers will be able to enjoy a special proposal that pays tribute to the delicate balance of flavours, textures and presentation that defines Japanese cuisine.
Our kitchen will become a true stage of creativity and precision, where each dish has been designed to transport guests to Japan, bite by bite. The experience will feature a carefully crafted selection of sushi rolls, perfectly prepared gyozas, high-quality sashimi, and a variety of Japanese-inspired starters, all made with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail.
In this gastronomic experience, sharing is also part of the journey. For this reason, special combos for 2 or 4 people have been designed — perfect for enjoying with a partner, friends or family. These combinations allow guests to discover different flavours and preparations at the same table, turning every meal into a moment to savour and share.
